Spam Checker provides caller ID reputation monitoring, testing and remediation services. Results depend on third parties such as carriers and data providers, and we can’t guarantee how they label any number.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must have the right to use any number you ask us to monitor.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful calling, fraud, harassment or any activity that breaks telecom rules or regulations.
Fees are set out in your quote or order. Plans are billed monthly unless agreed otherwise.
To the extent allowed by law, Spam Checker is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services means you accept the updated Terms.
